According to a coaching industry survey in 2020, coaching is a genuinely global trend with worldwide demand for coaching growing 33% between 2015 to 2019. During this same period, the percentage of leaders and managers using coaching skills grew by 46%.

Coaching for leaders and managers offers many advantages that foster professional success, not only for the individual who receives coaching, but also to pass forward the teams’ future gains and even the entire organizations.

Kubik Coaching was founded in early 2013 by three expert and experienced coaches – Coach Fauzi Rachmanto, Coach Ferlita Sari, Coach Indrawan Nugroho – who have been empowering people and organizations for decades. Kubik Coaching is a subsidiary of Kubik Training, a well-known Indonesian consulting and HR training company since 1999 that had helped more than 150 national and international companies, which most of the companies included on Fortune 100 Indonesia.

We use a unique approach in carrying out the Coaching process in the company. Kubik Coaching develops a Coaching model called the OIC model and the Situation Coaching Model which is proven to be more in line with the needs and real conditions in the company. In addition, we often use a Group Coaching system so that Coachees can gain insights from various organizational functions. All coaching activities that we carry out are always directed to answer the real challenges of the Coachees at work so that it will have a direct impact on the client company’s bottom line.
