Coaching

Kubik Coaching has provided services to many companies and has received recognition for the many programs it has held. We divide our coaching programs into four groups, which include:

Executive Coaching: Coaching training for top level management such as CEO and deputy CEO. Focusing on Performance and Developmental Coaching.
Developmental Coaching: Coaching training provided individually or in groups at middle level management such as General Managers and Line Managers. Focusing on Developmental Coaching.
Performance Coaching: Individual and group coaching training for middle and low level management such as Line Managers and Supervisors.
Creating Coaching Culture: A series of training programs provided in order to revive the coaching culture in the company as well as in order to create company Internal Coaching.
Project Based Coaching: Coaching training provided on the basis of project implementation. Providing opportunities for leaders to gain experience and assistance in the coaching process during the project period.
