Consulting

We offer development needs fulfillment. The approach that we use is focused on solutions to identify a condition that the organization wants to realize. Some of the forms of consultation that we provide include:

  1. Transformation Vision Facilitation: Our assistance to support and facilitate the transformation plan for the new vision that the organization wants to carry out.
  2. Values Discovery Facilitation: Our assistance in finding and determining values that are considered important to implement in the company.
  3. Culture Implementation: Assistance in planting corporate culture supported by cultural measurement tools.
  4. Competency Assessment: Assistance in determining competencies that need to be improved by companies supported by assessment tools.

Coaching

Kubik Coaching has provided services to many companies and has received recognition for the many programs it has held. We divide our coaching programs into four groups, which include:

  1. Executive Coaching: Coaching training for top level management such as CEO and deputy CEO. Focusing on Performance and Developmental Coaching.
  2. Developmental Coaching: Coaching training provided individually or in groups at middle level management such as General Managers and Line Managers. Focusing on Developmental Coaching.
  3. Performance Coaching: Individual and group coaching training for middle and low level management such as Line Managers and Supervisors.
  4. Creating Coaching Culture: A series of training programs provided in order to revive the coaching culture in the company as well as in order to create company Internal Coaching.
  5. Project Based Coaching: Coaching training provided on the basis of project implementation. Providing opportunities for leaders to gain experience and assistance in the coaching process during the project period.

Training
